About Eva Jeanne Markosky

A college student, Eva Jeanne Markosky is studying environmental engineering at Pennsylvania State University. Earlier in her academic career, she spent several months working as an engineering intern for the Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. Through this, she gained valuable experience in working with engineers and designers to design highways and bridges. She also developed her knowledge of CADD drafting, field assistance, and creating bridge inspection sketches. The following year, Eva Jeanne Markosky returned to the company as an environmental engineering intern, during which time she acquired additional proficiency in working with environmental scientists, as well as completing environmental reports and field work.

When she’s not busy with school work and internships, Ms. Markosky maintains an active lifestyle. A fan of aerobic activities, she regularly runs and works out. She occasionally participates in various challenge events with friends and family, such as Mud Runs. While in high school, she played softball and volleyball, and also participated in track. Beyond playing sports, she watches football and baseball, and supports the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steelers. Ms. Markosky is also a competitive pistol and sporting clays shooter.
